Monograno Felicetti Spaghettoni is a 'fat' spaghetti made from Matt, a strong and rich variety of durum wheat that is farmed in Siciliy and Puglia. When cooked it releases scents of hay and desiccated coconut. Its flavor is reminiscent of stone cooked bread, butter and bamboo shoots. Felicetti pasta is unique because it is made at a high altitude using clear stream water from high in the Dolomites and dried in unpolluted mountain air.
